How long is the warranty period?
The warranty period is one year from the date of receiving the goods. Additionally, even beyond the one-year warranty, we offer low-cost repair services. Rest assured, all products undergo a 100% quality assurance check before shipment. If you encounter any quality issues, feel free to reach out to us anytime at service@ikoolcore.com.
How do I request a warranty replacement or repair?
During the one-year warranty period, please contact our customer service at service@ikoolcore.com or ikoolcore@gmail.com, including your order number and specific inquiries. Please provide a detailed description of the issues you have encountered. We will assist you in resolving any hardware quality problems you may have experienced during the use of our product.
What’s the process for canceling, returning, or requesting a refund?
If you need to cancel your order before the package is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible via service@ikoolcore.com or ikoolcore@gmail.com, and we will process a refund for you directly in the background.
If your package has already been shipped and is in transit, we won't be able to process a refund directly. In this case, you'll need to receive the package, keep it unopened, and return it to us in its original condition. Once we receive the package, we will proceed with the refund.
When you receive the package and decide you don't need it, it must be in the same condition as when received. Ensure the following items are included and in the same condition:
- All original packaging, including boxes, bags, and tags
- Accessories such as cords and remotes
- Certificates, manuals, and warranty cards
- Any 'Free gifts' or bonus items
- All components included in a bundle
14-Days No-Questions-Asked Returns
If you're dissatisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand-new condition, we can facilitate a partial refund, covering the item price minus shipping costs. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
If the item is plastic-sealed upon receipt, it must remain in that sealed condition.
Please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization (confirmed by shipping tracking history).
My package is lost, what should I do?
We recommend selecting Green Shipping Protection when placing your order. This will reduce or eliminate potential losses for everyone. Orders with Green Shipping Protection will be covered by Seel's shipment security. In case you don't receive your package or it goes missing, Seel will assist you in finding the best possible solution to avoid customer losses. Seel is a third-party parcel insurance service.
